| 摘 要： | 目的:研究无影灯与手术者老视的相关性。方法:随机调查手术者和非手术者各150例,并按工龄10年、20年、30年分为3组,观察手术者与非手术者眼调节力;手术者中是否原有近视者眼调节力,采用国际标准视力表检查法,检测并比较各相应组的眼的调节能力。结果:手术者眼调节力在每个年龄段都比相应的年龄段的非手术者低,P<0.05;手术者中相应年龄段原无近视者的眼调节力要比原有近视者低,P<0.05。结论:在无影灯下工作的时间越长,手术者的眼调节能力就越低,无影灯是手术者老视的一个重要影响因素。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of shadowless lamp on operators in operating room. Methods: A total of 150 operators and non-operators were randomly designed to three groups according to their working ages, and examined the eyes ability of adjustment. Results: The eyes ability of adjustment of operators was lower than that of the non-operators of same age group. Conclusions: Our research shows that the shadowless lamp could be an important influent factor for presbyopia of operators. |
