| 摘 要： | 为建立紫外分光光度法测定消毒剂邻苯二醛的方法 ,用紫外分光光度计 ,在 2 6 0nm波长下 ,对样品进行了测定。结果 ,标准溶液在 10～ 10 0 μg/ml浓度范围内 ,相关系数r =0 .999,回收率 90 %～ 110 % ,相对标准偏差2 .5 % (n=6 )。测定值与配方值相符。邻苯二醛在 2 6 0nm处有特征吸收 ,可作为定性依据。此方法简便、快速 ,准确度好 ,灵敏度高 ,适宜大批样品测定。

| Abstract: | In order to establish the method for measuring the disinfectant ortho-phthalaldehyde by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, the samples were measured by ultraviolet spectrophtometer at wavelength of 260 nm. The results showed that the standard solution at concentration range of 10～100 μg/ml had correlation coefficient r=0.999, recovery rate 90%～110% and relative standard deviation 2.5% (n=6). The values measured conformed to the formula values. Ortho-phthalaldehyde has characteristic absorption at 260 nm, which can be used as the qualitative basis. This method is simple, quick, accurate and sensitive and is suitable for measuring large numbers of samples. |
