卵巢癌患者手术前后血清SOD、SIL-2R和CA125水平的变化

目的:探讨了卵巢癌患者手术治疗前后血清SOD、SIL-2R、CA125水平的变化。方法:应用放免法测定33例卵巢癌患者血清SOD、CA125含量,ELISA法测定SIL-2R含量,并与30名正常健康人作比较。结果:卵巢癌患者在治疗前血清SIL-2R和CA125水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而SOD水平则显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),手术治疗后6个月复发者血清SOD、SIL-2R和CA125水平持续异常,未复发者血清SOD、SIL-2R、CA125恢复正常。结论:测定卵巢癌患者血清中SOD、SIL-2R和CA125水平对了解病情、诊断、治疗和预后上是一个重要的临床参考指标,有一定的临床实用价值。

Post-operative Changes of Serum SOD,SIL-2R and CA125 Levels in Patients with Ovarian Cancer

Objective To investigate the changes of serum SOD, SIL-2R and CA125 levels after operation in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods Serum SOD, CA125 (with RIA) and SIL-2R (with ELISA) levels were measured in 33 patients with ovarian cancer before operation 7 days and six months after operations as well as in 30 controls. Results Pre-operatively serum SIL-2R, CA125 levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in the controls (P<0.01) while serum SOD levels were significantly lower decreased (P<0.01). Seven days after operation, the levels changed toward normal but were still significantly different from those in controls. Six months after operation, serum levels of the three markers were again significantly higher in the six patients with recurrences than those in the controls (P<0.01). However they remained close to normal in those patients (n=24) without recurrences. Conclusion Serum SOD, SIL-2R and CA125 levels were closely related to the diseases process and were of prognostic value in patients with ovarian cancer.
