| 摘 要： | 骨桥蛋白是一种磷酸化糖蛋白,是骨骼和牙齿矿化细胞外基质的主要组成成分。它不仅参与骨的吸收与形成,而且与肿瘤的浸润、转移密切相关,是一种新的肿瘤标志物。文章概述了骨桥蛋白的分子生物学特性及其在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用并详述了近年来关于骨桥蛋白与妇科肿瘤关系的研究进展,及其对妇科肿瘤的早期诊断、评价疗效及预后等方面的重要意义。
