摘    要:目的对某特种合金焊接材料生产作业场所存在的职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》、《工业企业设计卫生标准》、《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》、《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》,采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行评价。结果噪声和粉尘是特种合金焊接材料生产的主要职业病危害因素,噪声为73~95dB(A),30.7%(4/13)的岗位超标;粉尘和毒物浓度符合国家卫生标准。结论该项目职业病危害因素的防护措施可行,有效,仍需加强完善对噪声和粉尘岗位的职业病危害控制措施。

Abstract:Objective] To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in workshop of a production project of special alley welding material.Methods]According to the Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases,Hygienic Standard for the Design of Industrial Enterprise,Evaluation Norms of Occupational Hazards in the Construction project and Specifications of Air Sampling for Hazardous substances Monitoring in the Workplace,the field investigation of occupational health,surveillance of occupational hazard factors and occupational health examination were adopted to evaluate.Results]The main occupational hazards in the production of special alley welding material were dust and noise. Noise level was 73~95 dB(A),and 30.7% (4/13) posts over the standard. The concentration of dust and toxicant met the national standards.Conclusion]The protective measures for occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective,but the control measures of the posts exposed to dust and noise should be improved.
