急性胆囊炎胆结石腹腔镜下胆囊切除86例手术时机的探讨

目的：探讨急性胆囊囊炎胆结石腔镜下胆囊切除的手术时机，方法：总结1997年至2000年3月对8 急性胆囊炎胆结石病人行腹腔胆囊的经验，常规腹腔镜下切除胆囊，对渗出较多的病人，于胆囊床下放置潘式引流1个，术后18h之内拔出，结果：成功率达965，并且无任何并发症出现。结论：急性胆囊炎胆结石，不需开刀治疗，腹腔镜下切除胆囊完全是可行的，但要有一定的范围和时机。

Operative Opportunity of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Acute Cholecystitis and Gallstones in 86 Cases

Objective To investigate the operative opportunity of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecysitis and gallstones.Methods We summarized the experience in laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis and gallstones in 86 cases.Results The success rate was 96 %,and there was no complications after routine laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The drainge must be placed under the bed in patients with more in filtration and extracted in 48 hours after operation .ConclusionLaproscopic cholecystectomy can be applied to acute cholecystitis and gallstones instead of routine operative resection,but should have some indication.
