应用单克隆抗体(McAb)技术分析鼻疽菌与类鼻疽菌表面抗原的初步研究

摘    要:用7个抗鼻疽菌的单克隆抗体初步分析研究了17株鼻疽菌与29株类鼻疽菌的表面抗原。发现(1)鼻疽菌表面抗原的表达比较稳定,大多数菌株趋于一种类型;(2)类鼻疽菌的表达变异性较大,用单克隆抗体2A5和1A9可将其分成三个群,用单克隆抗体1A10和4D4又能将其中的一群和二群再各分成二个亚群;1a、1b和2a、2b;(3)只有1a亚群与鼻疽菌表面抗原的表达类型交叉,类鼻疽菌与鼻疽菌的鉴别率达到86.15%。

2. A preliminary analysis of surface antigen between Ps.mallei and Ps . psondo-mallei using monoclonal antibodies (McAbs)
Abstract:17 strains of Ps.mallei and 29 strains of Ps.pseudomallei were examined for reactivity with the seven McAbs by using ELISA in which the intactly somatic antigen was used to coat the micro-titer plate.Results.(1) The reactivities of ps.mallei with these McAbs are relatively consistent,most strains are tending to one type; (2) The reactivities of ps.pseudomallei are highly variable,and two McAbs were used to divide the 29 strains into three different groups.Group 1 strains reacted with both 2A5 and 1A9;Croup 2 only with 2A5;And group 3 did not react with McAbs.The two other McAbs (1A10,4D4) were used to further divide group 1 and 2 into 4 subgroups,1a,1b and 2a,2d;(3)only subgroup 1a has cross-reaction with the surface antigen of Ps.mallei The distinguishing rate between Ps.pseudomallei and Ps.mallei is 86.15%.
