抗乙型肝炎胎盘转移因子注射液研究资料概述

目的　以健康产妇胎盘为原料,探索稳定成熟的制备工艺。方法　将胎盘组织绞碎、匀浆、冻融、病毒灭活、离心、澄清、超滤等过程提取。结果　多肽、核苷酸、氨基酸、特异免疫活性、稳定性、指纹图谱等各项指标均符合国家药品标准。结论该制备方法简便、稳定、提纯率高,所得制品活性强、无毒、无抗原性,是理想的免疫调节剂。

Review of Placenta Drived Anti-HBV Transfer Factor

Objective To explore a stable and mature processing technique of Placenta Drived Anti-HBV Transfer Factor by using the placentas of healthy parturient as raw material.Methods By grinding,homogenating,freeze-thawing,virus eliminating,centrifugating,filtrating and ultra-filtrating to prepare the products.Results Checking tests such as polypeptide,nucleotide,amino acids,special immunological activity,fingerprint spectrum are accorded to the national standard.Conlusion The preparing technique is simple and stable,and the product made by this method is a better immuno-adjusting agent,which has a strong immunological activity without toxicity and antigenicity.
