| 摘 要： | 证候-基因组研究实施8年来,在取得一系列成绩的同时,也出现许多亟待解决的问题。笔者根据研究心得归纳出样本细化难、采样难、海量数据分析难、中医证与西医病结合难、中医证候理论与基因功能对接难及证候-基因组学应用难6大难题,并提出建立中医证的特征基因数据库、结合已知基因功能阐释证的可能机制,实现中医证候理论现代化;加快未知基因的研究,占领基因功能注释新领地等可能应对的策略。

| Abstract: | Syndromes-genome research performed eight years ago, has made a series of achievements. At the same time,there are still many problems which have to be solved.
