门冬氨酸钾镁的保肝和退黄疸作用

摘    要:目的观察门冬氨酸钾镁对D-氨基半乳糖和异硫氰酸-1-萘酯(ANIT)引起的大鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法大鼠预先给予门冬氨酸钾镁5d后,注射D-氨基半乳糖和异硫氰酸-1-萘酯,观察肝脏受损后血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、胆红素的水平,并进行病理切片检查。结果门冬氨酸钾镁2、4ml/kg可以显著降低由D-氨基半乳糖引起的AST以及ANIT引起的血清总胆红素升高。结论门冬氨酸钾镁可以拮抗D-氨基半乳糖和ANIT引起的肝损伤,有一定的保肝作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effect on the hepatic damage induced by D-Galactosamine and 1-naphthyl isothiocyanate.Methods Rats were orally given potassium magnesium aspartate for 5 days.Then rats were treated with D-Galactosamine or 1-naphthyl isothiocyanate.The serum AST,ALT and bilirubin were tested.Results 2 and 4 ml/kg potassium magnesium aspartate decreased the high AST level which induced by D-galactosamine and serum total biliary induced by 1-naphthyl isothiocyanate.Conclusion Potassium magnesium aspartate had the protective effects against the hepatic damage caused by D-galactosamine and 1-naphthyl isothiocyanate.
