| 摘 要： | 目的评价特异性IgE(specific IgE,SIgE)检测在过敏性疾病诊断中的临床应用。方法应用e-Star过敏原检测系统,通过RAST FEIA(荧光酶标法)进行SIgE检测。结果对390例患者进行SIgE检测,阳性194例,阳性率49.7%。屋尘过敏原阳性率75%,阳性率明显高于尘螨过敏原(P<0.05)。吸入性过敏原阳性率明显高于食物类过敏原(P<0.05)。呼吸道过敏病与过敏性皮炎SIgE检测阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),呼吸道过敏病SIgE检测阳性率明显高于慢阻肺(P<0.05)。呼吸道过敏病SIgE检测吸入性过敏原阳性率明显高于食物类过敏原(P<0.05),过敏性皮炎和慢阻肺SIgE检测,吸入性过敏原和食物类过敏原阳性率均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论合理应用SIgE检测对过敏性疾病过敏原的诊断具有重要的价值,对临床治疗和预防均具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the specific IgE detected in the diagnosis of the allergic disease.Methods The specific IgE was detected by using e-Star allergen detection system (RAST FEIA). Results The specific IgE was detected in the 390 cases, 194 cases were the positive. This is a positive rate of 49.7 percent.
