| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨糖尿病知识强化教育在老年糖尿病治疗中的作用。 方法 将 12 7例老年糖尿病患者随机分为 2组 ,分别进行一般教育和强化教育。比较教育后 2组患者糖尿病知识 (DKN) ,糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1c)、空腹血糖 (FBG)、餐后 2h血糖 (2hPBG)、血总胆固醇 (TC)、血甘油三酯 (TG)水平的变化。 结果 强化教育较一般教育DKN积分升高明显 (P <0 0 1) ,代谢指标明显下降。 结论 糖尿病知识强化教育能更有效地改善老年糖尿病患者的代谢指标、提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of intensive education for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods One hundred and twenty-seven DM elderly patients were divided randomlly into two groups:general education (group A) and intensive education (group B).The diabetes knowledge(DKN) and HbA lc etc.of the two groups were evaluated after the education. Results After four months and eight months of education,the DKN score of intensive education group was significantly higher than that of the general group (P<0.01).The level of HbA 1c,TC,TG,FBG and 2 hPBG for intensive education group was lower than that of the general group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions Intensifying knowledge education for elderly patients with DM is an important means to improve their metabolic index and to enhance quality of life. |
