低分子肝素结合常规疗法治疗重度子癎前期的疗效探讨

目的研究低分子肝素结合常规疗法治疗重度子癎前期的疗效及治疗期间母儿各项指标的变化。方法2004-12-2005-12,青岛市第八人民医院选取重度子癎前期患者74例,分为观察组31例(在常规治疗方法同时加用低分子肝素5000IU皮下注射),对照组43例(常规治疗)。观察两组患者临床指标变化。结果观察组较对照组血压下降,尿量增加,尿蛋白总量减少,自觉症状改善,脐动脉血流S/D比值下降,胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息率下降;两组产后出血量无明显差异。结论低分子肝素结合常规疗法治疗重度子癎前期患者,可显著改善治疗效果。

Study of the low-molecular-weight-heparin combined with routine therapies in treating the patients with severe preeclampsia

Objective To assess the effects of low-molecular-weight-heparin (LMWH) combined with routine therapies on patients with severe preeclampsia.Methods A total of 74 women with severe preeclampsia in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the 8th People's Hospital of Qingdao from December of 2004 to December of 2005 were randomly divided into two groups:the study group (31 received LMWH combined with routine therapies ) and the control group (43 received the routine therapies).The LMWH was given 5000IU,per day, all together for 7 days. We then observed the clinical conditions of the patients. Results There was significant improvement in blood pressure ,urine volume ,proteinuria, symptoms ,umbilical blood flow, the systolic/diastolic(S/D) ratio, the rate of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the study group,while there was no difference in postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups. Conclusions LMWH combined with routine therapies in treating patients with severe preeclampsia is helpful.
