血吸虫病兔红细胞免疫功能的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨各期血吸虫病实验动物模型红细胞免疫功能状况 ,描述红细胞免疫水平与血吸虫感染的关系。方法 采用红细胞免疫功能测定法 ,对 8只家兔日本血吸虫感染前后不同时间的红细胞受体花环率 (C3b receptor rosette rate,C3b RRR)、免疫复合物花环率 (Imm une complexrosette rate,ICRR)、以及血清中红细胞免疫黏附调节促进因子和抑制因子的活性 -红细胞玫瑰花环形成促进率 (Rosette form ing enhancing rate,RFER)和玫瑰花环形成抑制率 (Rosette forming in-hibitory rate,RFIR)进行测定。结果 感染兔各期 C3b RRR和 RFER均低于正常检测值 ,而 ICRR和 RFIR均高于正常检测值 ,但感染后 1个月 ,各检测指标与正常检测值比较差异均无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;而感染后 2~ 4个月差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。随着感染时间的延长 ,C3b RRR和 RFER呈下降趋势 ,ICRR和 RFIR呈上升趋势。结论 测定血吸虫病患者红细胞免疫功能 ,对了解其免疫状态具有一定的意义

Abstract:Objective To study erythrocyte immune function of laboratory animals with Schistosoma japonicum infection in different stages, and to depict the connection between erythrocyte immune level and the infection of Schistosoma japonicum. Methods According to the rosette formation test for erythrocyte immune function, C 3b receptor rosette rate (C 3b RRR), immune complex rosette rate (ICRR), and the activities of erythrocyte immune adhesion regulation promotive and inhibitory factors-erythrocyte rosette forming enhancing rate (RFER) and rosette forming inhibitory rate (RFIR) in serum were measured in 8 rabbits from pre- to 1 to 4 months post-infection of Schistosoma japonicum. Results Both the C 3b RRR and RFER were lower and both the ICRR and RFIR were higher in the infected rabbits from the first to fourth month post-infection than those in the normal controls. However, all parameters in one month post-infection had no significant differences compared with the normal controls (P>0.05), and the all had significant differences in 2 to 4 months post-infection compared with the normal controls (P<0.05). At the same time, the C 3b RRR and RFER decreased and the ICRR and RFIR increased while the infection time went on. Conclusion The detection of erythrocyte immune function has important value in understanding the immune state of patients with schistosomiasis.
