摘    要:目的探讨低温吸附干燥技术在陈皮干燥中的应用。方法通过低温吸附干燥系统的工作原理,研究了温度、相对湿度和风速对陈皮感观质量的影响,并与热风工况下陈皮干燥后的挥发油含量进行了定量比较。结果干燥温度和干燥时间是影响干燥品质的主要因素。结论低温吸附干燥系统提供的常温低湿度工况有利于改善陈皮的干燥品质。

Abstract:Objectitive To probe into using in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae by drying technology of low-temperature adsorption.Methods By Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae using as the drying material,the effects of temperature,relative humidity and velocity on surface appearance are investigated to gate through the working principle of low-temperature adsorption drying.The content of volatile oil is determined experimentally and compared with hot air drying product.Results It showed that drying quality is mainly influenced by drying temperature and drying time.Conclusion So the low-temperature adsorption drying is benefit to improve drying quality of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.
