长期口服麝香保心丸改善冠心病病人血管内皮功能的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨冠心病病人服用麝香保心丸(SXBXW)6个月对血管内皮功能的改善作用。方法80例冠心病病人随机分为SXBXW组和对照组,两组均进行冠心病常规治疗,SXBXW组加用SXBXW每次2丸(每丸22.5mg),1日3次,维持6个月。以高分辨率超声测定的肱动脉血流介导内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)作为血管内皮功能的评价指标。分别在治疗前、治疗3个月、治疗6个月时检测FMD,并同时进行血一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、内皮素(ET)等血管内皮功能相关因子的检测。结果治疗3个月时两组FMD均有明显改善(P<0.05),且SXBXW组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月时与治疗3个月时相比,SXBXW组FMD虽仍高于对照组,两组FMD均无明显变化(P>0.05),治疗后,SXBXWZ组NO、NOS、SOD、ET均明显改善(P<0.05),且在治疗6个月时均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病病人在常规治疗基础上长期服用SXBXW可进一步改善血管内皮功能,且这一作用与改善血管内皮细胞NO系统的代谢有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Shexiangbaoxinwan(SXBXW) on vascular endothelium function in patients with CHD.Methods Eighty patients with CHD were randomly arranged into the SXBXW group and the conventional group,The endothelial-dependent flow-mediated vasodilation(FMD)of the brachial artery was the main evaluation of vascular endothelium function,which were detected at the admission,the end of the 3td month and the end of the 6th month.Meanwhile,the factors related to the endothelial function in blood were also detected,which involved nirtogen oxides(NO),nitricoxide synthase(NOS),superoxide dismutase(SOD),endothelin(ET).Results At the 3td month,the FMD was improved significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and the FMD in SXBXW group was distinctly higher than thatin the conventional group's(P<0.05).At the 6th month,there's no obvious change of the FMD comparing to the 3rd month in the two groups.The FMD in SXBXW group was still higher,but without statistic significance.The SXBXW group's NO,NOS,SOD,ET were improved after therapy(P<0.05),and obviously better than the conventional group at the 6th month(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of CHD conventional therapy,SXBXW could further improve vascular endothelial function,by ameliorating the metabolism of the NO system.
