电解质仪器比对试验及统一校正

摘    要:目的在大、中型医院实验室,常常会有多台同一类型仪器投入使用。在使用之前,需要先进行仪器之间的比对试验及偏差评估,以确定相对于参考方法而言,其他仪器结果是否在允许范围内,并进行校正以便统一。方法以电解质钾(K)、钠(Na)、氯(Cl)3项为例,参照EP9-A文件,对4台不同仪器进行检测,然后将分析结果进行相关回归等分析,计算方法之间的偏差并进行统一校正。结果电解质K、Na、Cl3项检测结果表明,多台仪器之间存在较大差别。结论相同检验项目在不同的仪器或系统上进行检测时,要对结果的可比性进行比对。在一个实验室必须用同一标准品进行校准,才能保证结果的准确性和统一性。

Abstract:Objective In the large and medium-sized hospital laboratories, it is usual to put many the same type of equipment into use. Before use,contrast test and bias evaluation ought to be carried out so as to determine whether the results of other instruments were in the allowable range compared with the reference method, and to calibrate into uniformity. Methods According to EP9-A file, Electrolyte K^+ , Na^+ and C1^- were detected with four different instruments,and then the correlation and regression analysis was performed on the results, deviation among was calculated and revised. Results There were significant differences among in detective results of the same test items. Conclusion The comparability of the results should be analyzed when the same test items were detected with various instruments. The laboratory must use the same standard preparation for calibration to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of the results.
