上海市某区老年人意外伤害死亡分析

[目的 ]　了解上海某区老年人的意外伤害致死情况。　 [方法 ]　对该区 1995～ 1999年 6 0岁及以上老年人的全部死亡报告资料进行意外伤害死亡率和标化死亡率分析。　 [结果 ]　意外伤害在老年人全死因的顺位中居第 4位 ,意外伤害标化死亡率为 147.2 2 / 10万。机动车交通事故、意外跌落、自杀和淹死是意外死亡的主要原因。　 [结论 ]　意外伤害是威胁老年人生命的主要危险因素之一 ,家庭和社会都应重视老年人意外伤害的防制工作。

Mortality analysis of fatal accidents of elderly population in a suburb district of Shanghai

To understand the status of people death caused by accidents in elderly population in a suburb district, Shanghai. The registry data of all deaths of aged 60 year and over in the district during the period between 1995 and 1999 were analyzed for mortality and standardized mortality of injury. The standardized mortality of accidents of the elderly during the period was 147.22/10 5. Accidental deaths in elderly ranked the fourth among all causes. Traffic accidents, falling, drowning and suicide were major causes leaded to accidental death. [Conclusion] Accidents is one of the most serious factors which threatened the elderly. Families and the society should pay more attention to control and prevent accidental injuries among elderly population.
