安庆市2001～2006年孕产妇死亡分析

目的 通过孕产妇死亡资料分析,寻求制定行之有效的干预措施,降低孕产妇死亡率.方法 对安庆市2001～2006年度死亡孕产妇资料进行回顾性研究分析.结果 安庆市2001～2006年度产妇总数为322 350人,孕产妇死亡123例,平均死亡率为38.16/10万,低于WHO报道的发展中国家水平(χ2=0.67,P＞0.05).孕产妇死亡的前两位原因依次为:产科出血和妊娠期高血压疾病.结论 建立健全孕产妇紧急救治网络,加强产科技术人员技术培训,扩大健康教育,提高自我保健意识是降低孕产妇死亡的重要措施.

An analysis of maternal mortality rate in Anqing city from 2001 to 2006

Objective To identify risk factors of maternal mortality and to provide a scienctific basis for intervention,so as to reduce the maternal mortality rate.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze data from maternal death audit of Anqing city from 2001 to 2006. Results The average maternal mortality rate from 2001 to 2006 in Anqing was 38.16/100 000(123 died among 322 350 partur-ients).The first two causes of the death were obstetric hemorrhage and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in order.Conclusion Establishing the first aid web for those severe pregrant and parturient women,enhancing training of health staff,enlarging health education,intensifying self-protection awareness of pregrant and parturient women are all the key measures to reduce maternal mortality rate in Anqing city.
