选择性脾动脉栓塞术治疗脾功能亢进的临床应用

目的探讨脾动脉栓塞术在脾功能亢进治疗中的实用性。方法一侧股动脉行Seldinger穿刺，将导管送至脾动脉分支或主干，经导管注入明胶海绵颗粒和明胶海绵条行脾动脉栓塞，栓塞面积70％左右，然后退出导管，穿刺点加压包扎止血。结果本组5例患者经部分性脾动脉栓塞术后3d～12月跟踪复查，血细胞均恢复正常，临床症状消失。结论选择性脾动脉栓塞术是治疗脾功能亢进安全、有效的方法，对降低门静脉高压也有明显的作用。

The clinical application of selective splenic artery thrombosis for hypersplenism
