X—刀治疗颅内深部病变

目的 为了解X－刀治疗颅内深部病变的意义。方法 采用自身对照的方法，对95例患有颅内深部病变的病人经X－刀治疗后4－24个月进行随访。结果 随访过程中症状改善率56.2%，症状稳定率88.8%，肿瘤控制率74.8%,症状性脑水肿发生率15.1%，疗效满意。结论 X－刀治疗能有效控制肿瘤生长，改善病人生存质量，对颅内深部病变的治疗效果满意。

Treatment of Deeply Situated Intracranial Lesions with X-Knife

Objective To explore the curative effect of X-knife on deeply situated intracranial lesions in 95 patients. Methods The clinical data of 95 patients with deeply intracranial lesions, who were treated by X-knife, were analyzed retrospectively. Of 95 patients, 89 were followed up for 4-24 months. Results The clinical symptoms were improved in 56.2% (50/89) of the patients and steady in 88.8% (79/89) of patients. The imaging data showed that the tumors were favouraly controlled in 74.8% (57/76) of the patients. Symptomatic brain edema appeared in 15.1% (13/86) of the patients. Conclusions These data suggested that X-knife treatment could control the development of the lesion and improve the life quility in the patients with deeply intraccranial lesions. Therapeutic effect of X-knife on the deeply intacranial lesions is satisfactory.
