| 摘 要： | 目的：总结人工股骨头置换术治疗75岁以上高龄老人股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法：2003年12月～2006年12月,45例75岁以上老年股骨颈骨折患者,男24例,女21例,采用改良小切口骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术治疗。结果：平均住院20.6d,患者3周能早期下床活动,住院期间内无一例死亡,按Harris评分为91.3分。结论：人工股骨头置换术是治疗超高龄老人股骨颈骨折的最适当选择。

| Abstract: | Objective:To invert the results of the hemiarthroplasty(without cemented)in the treatment of the femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Methods: From February 1996 to October 2004,47 cases of the femoral neck fracture treated by uncemented hemi-arthroplasty were reviewed.Results:The results were excellent at four years followup. Conclusion: Hemiarthroplasty is a good method in the treatment of the femoral neck fracture in aged patients. |
