芹菜根提取物对四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察芹菜根提取物对CCl4所致大鼠急性肝损伤的影响。方法50只Wister大鼠随机分为5组:阴性对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、芹菜根高、低剂量给药组。高、低剂量给药组按30、15g.kg-1灌胃芹菜根提取物,阳性对照组按200mg.kg-1灌胃联苯双酯滴丸,阴性对照组及模型对照组以等体积生理盐水灌胃,共7d。第7d,模型对照组、阳性对照组和各给药组按1mL.kg-1腹腔注射CCl4溶液,正常组注射等体积生理盐水。测定各组大鼠血清门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),及肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量,并观察肝组织的病理改变。结果芹菜根提取物能显著降低CCl4所致大鼠血清AST、ALT含量的升高及肝组织MDA含量,升高肝组织的SOD活性。结论芹菜根提取物对CCl4所致的大鼠急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of celery root against carbon tetrach loride induced acute liver injury in rats.Methods Fifty mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,bifendate pills control group,high-dosage group,low-dosage group.The mice in the above groups were fed for 7 days.The drug groups were pretreated intragastrically with 3,15g·kg-1 celery root;bifendate pills groups were pretreated intragastrically with 200mg·kg-1 bifendate.Control animals were given the same volumn physiological saline.On the 7th day of feeding,the mice except normal control group were given 1mL·kg-1 carbon tetrach loride by abdominal cavity injection.The activities of serum ALT,AST,SOD and MDA,as well as the pathological changes of the liver were determined in all groups.Results Celery root significantly decreased carbon tetrach loride induced acute hepatic injury with increasing the activities of AST,ALT and MDA,and increased the SOD.Conclusion It is revealed that celery root could prevent carbon tetrach loride induced acute liver injury.
