| 摘 要： | 目的观察额肌眼轮匝肌筋膜瓣悬吊术治疗中重度上睑下垂。方法对21例(36眼)上睑下垂患者施行额肌眼轮匝肌筋膜瓣悬吊术,并进行术后6个月的随访。结果随访结果显示,额肌眼轮匝肌筋膜瓣悬吊术矫治中重度上睑下垂效果可靠。结论额肌眼轮匝肌筋膜瓣悬吊术矫治中重度上睑下垂是当前较理想的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of frontalis-obicular muscle fascia flap suspension to treat the moderate or severe blepharoptosis.Method:21 cases with moderate of severe of relapsed blepharoptosis were received frontalis-obicular muscle fascia flap suspension,and the postoperative 6 months followup were carried on.Results:The long-term follow-up results had shown satisfactory.Conclusion:Up to now,this method is ideal to those with moderate or severe blepharoptosis cases. |
