糖尿病和脑梗死患者颈动脉彩超诊断的价值

目的 应用彩色多普勒超声显像（CDFI）检查对糖尿病和脑梗死患者颈动脉进行超声观察，讨论糖尿病和脑梗死患者与动脉硬化的关系。方法 对162例临床诊断糖尿病和脑梗死的患者进行超声检查，检测双侧颈动脉的血管内径，内膜-中膜厚度及血流动力学情况。结果 CDFI可清晰显示颈动脉解剖结构，其中149例糖尿病和脑梗死患者有不同程度的颈动脉粥样硬化，血流参数有斑块组和无斑块组无显著差异。结论 彩色多普勒超声能早期直接发现动脉粥样硬化及斑块形成，对糖尿病和脑梗死患者定期观察，可以判断动脉硬化的进展，治疗效果及预后。

Values of Carotid Artery Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Diagnosisi of Diabete and Infarction

Objective To evaluate the relationship diabetes infarction and atherosclerosis by color doppler. Methods The diameter, intima-media thickness and hemo-dynamics of the bilateral carotid arteries were searched with color doppler in 162 cases of diabetes.Results Among 162 cases,149 were found to carotid plaques tovarious extent,the parameter of blood had no significant difference between the groups of diabetes plaquedd and no plaqued.Conclusion Examination on carotid,femoral artery with color doppler might be considered as an alternative method for early diagnosis of diabetes and infarction.
