摘    要:应用快速酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别对448头猪胴体和895头猪胴体检测旋毛虫抗体,并与常规压片镜检法进行了比较。前者检测结果表明:血样、肌样ELISA检测旋毛虫抗体阳性检出率分别为9.82%(44/448)和9.15%(41/448),压片镜检法检出有虫体猪阳性检出率为4.91%(22/448),压片镜检法与血样、肌样ELISA的检测结果有明显差别(P<0.05);镜检法检出虫体的22头猪胴体,血样ELISA均为阳性,肌肉样ELISA有21头相符:ELISA与血样ELISA比较,它们的阳性符合率为93.18%(41/44)。后者检测结果表明:ELISA检测旋毛虫抗体阳性检出率为6.59%(59/895),压片镜检法旋毛虫阳性检出率为3.01%(27/895),压片镜检法与ELISA的检测结果有明显差异(P

Abstract:Experimental and field trials were conducted to evaluate the Fast-ELLSA for its ability to de-tect Tricchinella spiralis in swine carcasses and to compare ELISA results with trichinoscopy (the conven-tional meat impressed method) results. The Experimental trial showed the positive rate of blood samples ELISA was 9.82%(44/448) and the muscle samples ELISA was 9.15%(41/448).The positive rate of trichinoscopy was 4.91%(22/448).There were significant difference between the trichinoscopy and two Kinds of ELISA methods (P < 0.05). Twenty two positive T.spiralis carcasses which were examined by the trichinoscopy were positive too by the blood samples ELISA. The muscle samples ELISA were also positive except one. The coincidenoe rate of the muscle samples ELISA and the blood samples ELISA was 93.18% (41/44). The result of fiend trial indicated the positive rate of ELISA was 6.59%(59/895) ,and that of trichinoscopy was 3.01% (27/895). There were also significant difference (P < 0.05). No cross reaction existed in monoclonal ELISA with the Cysticerosis. The samples from blood clot, meat or tissue fluid oozed from newly cut meat surface could be also obtained satisfatory results. From these results, ELISA for the detection of antibodies to T.spiralis was sensitive high specific, fast and convencient manip-ulation. ELISA can be finished in 10 to 12 minutes. Therefore, it can be used in the meat market for de-tection of T.spiralis infestalion swine carcasses.
