| 摘 要： | 目的：观察3D-CRT治疗肺癌的近期疗效。方法：应用3D—CRT治疗方法共计收治经病理证实的肺癌的病人39例，其中男性31例。女性8例；于治疗结束后2个月复查胸部CT。结果：完全缓解者5例，部分缓解者23例，无变化者11例，无一例病情恶化，总有效率为71．8％(28／39)。结论：3D-CRT治疗肺癌的近期疗效令人满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the near effect of 3-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3D-CRT) on the lung cancer .Methods 39 cases accept the 3D-CRT, among them, male 31 cases, female 8 cases; 2 months after the treatment, check the chest by CT .Results 5 cases complete aleviation,23 cases partial alleviation,11 cases having no variety, none has depravation, total effective rate is 71.8%(28/39).Conclusion The near effect of the 3D-CRT to the lung cancer is satisfying. |
