益气宣窍方治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效观察

目的：观察益气宣窍方治疗儿童肺脾气虚型分泌性中耳炎（SOM）的临床疗效。方法将60例SOM患儿随机分为2组。治疗组30例予益气宣窍方治疗，对照组30例予欧龙马滴剂口服治疗。2组均28 d为1个疗程，1个疗程后统计2组的综合疗效，2组治疗前后的总积分、中医证候积分及声导抗检查报告。结果治疗组总有效率80．00％，对照组72．41％，2组比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；2组治疗后总积分差值比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；2组治疗后中医证候积分差值比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组在改善中医证候方面明显优于对照组；治疗组治疗后声导抗检查总有效率为83．33％，对照组68．56％，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），治疗组声导抗检查疗效优于对照组。结论肺脾气虚是儿童SOM的一个重要病机，益气宣窍是治疗的关键，益气宣窍方治疗儿童SOM具有较好的疗效，未见不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Investigation of Yiqixuanqiao recipe on secretory otitis media in children

Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqixuanqiao recipe on secretory otitis media （ SOM） in children.Methods 60 SOM patients in children were randomly divided into two groups .30 patients in treatment group received treatment of Yiqixuanqiao recipe .30 cases in control group were given oral treatment of sinupret drops . The two groups were 28 days as a course of treatment .After a course comprehensive effect , total score , the symptom score and the acoustic impedance inspection report before and after treatment were observed in two groups .Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 80.00%.The total effective rate in control group was 72.41%.There was no significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （P＆gt;0.05）.There was no significant differ-ence between two groups on the difference between the total score （ P＆gt;0.05）.There was significant difference be-tween two groups on the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score difference （P＆lt;0.05）.The improvement of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P＆lt;0.05）.The total effective rate of the acoustic impedance inspection in treatment group was 83.33%.The total effective rate of the a-coustic impedance inspection in control group was 68.56%.There was no significant difference between two groups （P＆gt;0.05）.The curative effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group .Conclusion Lung and spleen deficiency is an important pathogenesis of SOM in children .Yiqixuanqiao recipe has a better effect on SOM in children, and has no side effect , it has clinical value , should be widely applied .
