| 摘 要： | 目的：观察黄芩水、醇提液的急性毒性反应。方法取健康小鼠40只，雌雄各半，随机分为2组，每组各20只，禁食不禁水12 h后，黄芩水提液组经口予黄芩水提液，给药容积为60 mL/kg体质量，生药含量为36．0 g/kg体质量，分2次给药，空白对照组予等容积蒸馏水，进行黄芩水提液的毒性实验。另取健康小鼠40只，雌雄各半，随机分为4组，即50、42、35、29 g/kg 组，每组各10只，禁食不禁水12 h后，分别按0．4 mL/10 g体质量黄芩醇提液灌胃给药，分别含生药50、42、35、29 g/kg体质量，进行黄芩醇提液毒性实验。结果黄芩水提液的小鼠经口最大耐受量为72．0 g生药/kg；黄芩80％乙醇提液的半数致死量（ LD50）为39．60 g生药/kg，95％可信限为36．75～42．68 g生药/kg。结论黄芩水、醇提液的毒性较低，临床给药安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the acute toxicity of water and alcohol extract of radix seutellariae .Meth-ods Kunming mice were used to test the maximum tolerated dose or LD 50 of water and alcohol extract of radix seutellariae.Results The maximum tolerated dose of water extract of radix seutellariae was 72.0 g/kg.The LD50 of alcohol extract of radix seutellariae was 39.60 g/kg, 95%confidence interval was 36.75~42.68 g/kg.Conclusion The water and alcohol extract of radix seutellariae is safe for clinical administration . |
