优先数字出版对学术期刊学术影响力的影响

目的探讨优先出版与学术影响力的关系。方法检索中国知网的＂优先出版期刊导航＂选择优先数字出版（研究组）和传统方式出版（对照组）各835篇,比较2组的被引频次、平均下载量及相关关系。结果研究组被引频次为0.48±0.17,平均下载量为38.33±16.23;对照组被引频次为0.33±0.15,平均下载量为18.58±9.36,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。被引频次与下载量呈正相关关系（P〈0.05）。结论优先数字出版可以提高综合医学刊物的学术影响力。

Effect on academic journals academic influence of priority digital publishing

Objective To investigate the relationship between priority publishing and academic influence. Methods The Chi- nese Hownet ＂Priority publish periodicals navigation＂ priority digital publishing （study group） and choose traditional publishing （control group） and each 835 were retrieved. The citations, the average download volume and correlation were compared between two groups. Results The cites were 0.48 ± 0.17 in study group,the average download volume was 38.33 ± 16.23 ;and the cites were 0.33 ±0.15 in control group, the average download volume was 18.58 ± 9.36, and the difference was statistically significant between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. It was positive correlation between citations and downloads （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Priority digital publishing can improve ac- ademic influence comprehensive medical journals.
