| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅颈交界部畸形的X线平片及MRI表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析6例颅颈交界部畸形患者的X线平片及MRI影像学资料。结果X线诊断颅底凹陷症2例,环枕融合畸形1例,齿状突发育异常1例,2例寰枢关节半脱位。MRI诊断颅底凹陷症3例,环枕融合畸形2例,1例合并有脊髓空洞,1例合并Chairi畸形。结论X线平片可显示颅颈交界部骨结构的基本畸形,但不能显示颅内及脊髓等病变。MRI可多方位多参数显示骨结构畸形,准确测量颅底凹陷,还能清楚显示Chairi畸形及脊髓空洞症等病变,MRI是诊断颅颈交界部畸形最准确、可靠的影像学诊断方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate manifestations and diagnostic value of the plain X-ray and MRI of craniocervical junction malformation.Methods Retrospective analysis of 6 cases of cranio-cervical junction malformation with plain X-ray and MRI imaging data.Results Plain X-ray diagnosis of basilar invagination in 2 cases,ring pillows fusion deformity in 1 case,sudden strile dentate abnormalities in 1 case,2 case of atlantoaxial subluxation.MRI diagnosis of basilar invagination in 3 cases,ring pillowfusion deformity in 2 cases,1case complicated with syringomyelia,and 1 case combined Chiari deformity.Conclusion Plain X-ray shows the cranio-cercical junction maiformation of bone structure of the basic.But it can not show brain and spine cord lesions.MRI not only can be multi-dimensional and muiti-parameter display abnormal bone structure,accurate measurement of basilar invagination,but also clearly shows Chiari deformity and syringomyelia and other diseases,MRIis the most accurate and reliable imaging diagnostic methods. |
