重庆某医学院学生网络成瘾状况及其影响因素分析

目的了解医学生的上网状况,探讨影响医学生网络成瘾的因素,为采取干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法对404名医学生进行自填问卷调查。结果医学生上网成瘾率为1.49%,网络成瘾倾向率为25.25%,超过40%的学生每周上网时间超过5h。经多因素Logistic回归分析,网络成瘾及其倾向与性别、年级、社交焦虑、生活负性事件等有关联。结论医学生网络成瘾状况值得重视,应针对影响因素采取相应的干预措施。

Internet Addiction Disorder and the Influencing Factors Among Medical College Students in Chongqing

Objective To investigate the status of internet use and the influencing factors of internet addiction disorder (IAD) among medical college students, and to provide evidence for psychological intervention. Methods A cluster random stratified sample of 404 medical college students were investigated with a self-administered questionnaire. Results The prevalence rate of internet addiction was 1.49% and 25.25% of the students had addiction tendency of internet. Logistic regression analysis indicated that IAD was correlated with gender, grades, social anxiety and negative life events. Conclusion The use of internet among the medical college students should be paid more attention to, and their physical and mental heath should be concerned.
