Graves病心理干预的临床疗效观察

目的：对心理干预在Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病治疗中的必要性进行评价。方法：对８６例Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者进行药物和药物加心理干预的分组临床观察，于治疗前及治疗４周后测体重、心率、Ｔ３、Ｔ４，综合评价精神症状，所有病人由专科门诊随访两年调查其治疗脱落情况、病性反复情况、治疗顺利情况。结果：心理干预组的体重增加，症状改善（特别是脾气急躁、易发脾气、紧张焦虑、心悸、心慌等），Ｔ３、Ｔ４的正常率均高于常规治疗组，经校正卡

THE EFFICACY OF PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVENTION ON GRAVES DISEASE

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of psychological intervention on the treatment of Graves disease Methods:86 Graves disease cases were grouped,Their weight,heart rate,T 3T 4 and clinical mental symptoms were observed before therapy and 4 weeks afrer therapy. All the cases are followedup for 2 years. Results:The patients who received psychological intervention increased their weights,alleviated their mental symptoms(especially in badtemper,anxiety and sensitive heart) and improved their levels of T 3 T 4.Meanwhile,those who received psychological intervention had higher therapy compliance,lower relapse rate. Conclusion:The psychological intervention on Graves disease can improve the patients'capability of defending disease,decrease the relapse rate and shorten the time of treatment.
