| 摘 要： | 针对研究力学作用下细胞生物学响应的需求,研制了一种细胞基底应变加载装置。该装置具有体积小、加载方便、频率可调、操作简单、控制精度高等优点,可广泛应用于间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、软骨细胞等组织工程中细胞力学方面的研究。

The Development of A Cellular Loading Device Based on Substrate-Strain |

| Abstract: | According to research the requirement for mechanics influence on cellular biology, a new loading device based on substrate-strain to cells is introduced in this paper. The device has many advantages such as having small volume, loading expediently, altering frequency easily,operated simply and controlled accurately,It could be widely used to research cellular mechanics fields in tissue engineering such as mesenchymal stem cells, osteoblasts and chondrocytes etc. |
