高血压和脑血管意外与颅内动脉瘤关系的筛查分析

目的 探讨高血压和脑血管意外患者与颅内动脉瘤的关系.方法 收集近三年已破裂动脉瘤患者的临床资料,统计其中高血压病的患病率;收集高血压与脑血管意外患者的临床资料,统计其中颅内动脉瘤的患病率.结果 已破裂动脉瘤患者140例,其中患高血压病者53例,患病率37.86％,与普通人群高血压患病率比较,差异有显著意义;高血压与脑血管意外患者810例,行CTA或MRA检查发现其中有动脉瘤或瘤前病变者156例,患病率19.26％,与普通人群动脉瘤患病率比较,差异有显著意义.结论 高血压与脑血管意外患者是动脉瘤好发的高危人群,对该类人群应加大CTA或MRA筛查力度.

Screening and analysis of the relation between hypertension and cerebrovascular accident and intracranial aneurysm

Objective To investigate relation between hypertension and eerebrovascular accident and intracranial aneurysm. Methods The clinical data of the patients with ruptured aneurysms in the last three years were collected and counted the prevalence of hypertension. The clinical data of the patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular accident were collected and counted the prevalence of intracranial aneurysms. Results Of 140 patients with ruptured aneurysm, there were 53 patients suffering from hypertension and the prevalence was 37.86%, which was compared with the prevalence of hypertension in general population, the difference was significant. Of 810 patients with hypertension and cerebral vascular accident, there were 156 suffered from aneurysm or early aneurysm lesions through the examination of CTA or MRA, the prevalence was 19. 26%, which was compared with the prevalence of aneurysm in general population, the difference was significant. Conclusion The patients with hypertension or cerebrovascular accident are high-risk to the occurring of aneurysms,we should increase screening efforts to these crowd by CTA or MRA.
