天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压随机对照临床研究

[目的]观察天麻钩藤饮加减治疗高血压的疗效。[方法]将高血压患者70例随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组口服非洛地平,1次/d,5mg/次;治疗组使用天麻钩藤饮随证加减(药用天麻、石决明、黄苓、杜仲、桑寄生,等)。治疗1个月后观察对比两组患者的血压和症状严重程度。[结果]治疗组患者经过1个月的治疗后,其血压下降幅度更大,患者症状缓解更好,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]使用天麻钩藤饮随证加减治疗高血压可以取得较好的效果,值得临床推广。

Effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in Treating Hypertension Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective] To observe the effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction Treatment of hypertension.[Methods] 70 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with felodipine,1 /d,5mg/ times;the treatment group used Tianma Gouteng Decoction of the card plus or minus(medicinal Gastrodia elata,abalone,Huang Ling,eucommia,loranthus,etc.).After 1 months of treatment were compared between two groups of patients with blood pressure and the severity of symptoms.[Results] The treatment group patients after 1 months of treatment,the blood pressure drops range is bigger,better in patients with symptomatic relief,in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] The use of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treating hypertension with can be achieved better effect,worthy of clinical application.
