大鼠膈腹膜间皮孔的电镜观察

用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了正常大鼠膈腹膜间皮，并观察了腹膜腔内注射中国墨汁和兔血液后大鼠膈腹膜间皮的变化以及腹膜腔和间皮下毛细淋巴管的关系。

AN ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATION ON MESOTHELIAL STOMATA OF DIAPHRAGMATIC PERITONEUM IN RAT

An observation was made with transmission and scanning electron microscopy on the peritoneal mesothelium of the diaphragm in normal rats and its changes following intraperitoneal injection of China ink and rabbit blood. The relationship between peritoneal cavity and submesothelial lymphatic capillarries of the diaphragmatic peritoneum were also investigated. The peritoneal mesothelium of the diaphragm in rat could be divided into lacunar and non-lacunar areas. In the lacunar area of the diaphragmatic peritoneum, the submesothelial lymphatic capillaries were found beneath mesothelial cells, but in the non-lacunar area, no submesothelial lymphatic capillaries were identified. The mesothelial stomata in the lacunar area were not observed in normal rat. Mesothelial cells of the diathragmatic peritoneum and submesothelial lymphatic capillaries in the lacunar area were separated by a thin layer of connective tissues. After intraperitoneal injection of rabbit blood and China ink, mesothelial stomata appeared between mesothelial cells in the lacunar area. Carbon particles and red blood cells entered the lumen of the lymphatics from the peritoneal cavity via mesothelial stomata. Mesothelial stomata were not found in the non-lacunar area.
