尿道下裂患儿术后尿道分泌物细菌学特点分析与对策

目的分析尿道下裂患儿术后尿道分泌物的细菌学特点,以提出针对性的护理措施。方法2008年10月—2009年8月收治尿道下裂手术患儿32例,分别于术后第1、第3、第5天采集尿道支架管分泌物进行细菌培养,统计患儿尿道分泌物细菌培养阳性例数及细菌种类,记录发生尿瘘、感染和尿道狭窄的情况。结果术后第1天20例患儿细菌培养阳性,其中大肠埃希菌16例,金黄色葡萄球菌3例,阴沟肠杆菌1例;术后第3天6例患儿细菌培养阳性,其中大肠埃希菌5例,金黄色葡萄球菌1例;术后第5天1例患儿细菌培养阳性,为金黄色葡萄球菌。本组术后发生尿瘘3例,尿道狭窄5例,有临床症状的感染1例。结论尿道下裂术后感染的细菌主要是肠道菌,术后采用有针对性的药物治疗、肠道护理和尽早护理支架是提高手术成功率的有效措施。

Bacteriological Character of Urethral Secretion of Children Patients with Hypospadia after Operation and Nursing Intervention
