摘    要:本文采用高效液相色谱法快速测定冰淇淋中的糖精钠,色谱柱为径向压缩柱紫外检测定量,样品用CuSO4及NaOH溶液处理后,滤液不用萃取即可上机测定。

Abstract:The soccharin sodium salt in icecream was quickly measured by high efficiency liquid charmatography The used chromatographic column was radial compression column. and the quantitative analysis was made by ultraviolet detcctor After CuSO4 and NaOH were used to treat the sample, the measuement can be made without extracting the filtrate.
