| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨盐酸米诺环素联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎效果. 方法 将90例支原体肺炎,随机分成两组阿奇霉素治疗组42例（对照组）,在静脉滴注阿奇霉素基础上加用盐酸米诺环素口服治疗组48例（治疗组）,对比观察两组的临床效果. 结果 治疗组的总有效率为95.8%,显著高于对照组的85.7%,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）. 结论 盐酸米诺环素联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎治疗效果明显.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of minocycline hydrochloride in treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods 90 cases in hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.42 cases received Azithromycin in control group,48 cases received minocyclme hydrochloride for oral use in foundation of control group,theraper than 85.7% in control group.The clinical indices of the treatment group were better than those of control group;and their differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride could elevate mycoplasmal pneumonia therapeutic efficacy,the method could offer a quick action with good result and lower adverse reaction.It worth be widely used in clinic. |
