| 摘 要： | 军队卫生应急备勤是一个新的概念,是应对可能发生的突发事件人员伤害所采取的在指定地点整装待命,随时准备紧急救援的保障活动。随着我军非战争军事行动任务的拓展,军队参与灾害应急救援行动的增多,使军队卫生应急备勤工作的方式方法也随之发生了内涵增长与外延扩大。本文对搞好应急医学救援队建设,借鉴历史的经验,结合学习体会谈几点认识。

| Abstract: | Military medical emergency ready support is a new concept,which refers to the state of being fully prepared at the appointed place awaiting orders to set out for medical support in case of casualties in an emergency.With the expanded scope of military operations other than war and increased tasks of disaster rescue actions of the army,military medical emergency ready support has enlarged its contents and extension.Drawing on the previous experience and based on the results of studies,the authors present their considerations on the construction of the emergency medical rescue contingent. |
