| 摘 要： | 目的探讨切开复位LCP(锁定加压钢板)内固定 植骨治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的疗效.方法 23例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折行切开复位LCP内固定 植骨治疗,术后早期功能锻炼.结果术后随访5～39个月,所有患者均获骨性愈合.功能优良率为95.65%.结论 LCP内固定 植骨治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折临床疗效满意,可作为以上骨折的首选方法之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To study and evaluate the clinical outcome of LCP and bone grafting in the treatment of comminuted fractures of the distal end of radius.Methods Twenty-three cases of comminuted fractures of the distal end of radius were treated with LCP and bone grafting.Results Twenty-three cases were followed up post-operatively for 5 to 39 months. Solid fusion were obtained. All cases got perspective effects in clinic.Conclusion Clinical effects were satisfied with LCP and bone transplantation in the treatment of comminuted fractures of the distal end of radius. LCP and bone transplantation should be the best selection for this kind of fractures. |
