| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨后腹腔镜在治疗肾上腺疾病中的应用。方法:采用后腹腔镜技术治疗肾上腺占位性病变32例,其中肾上腺皮质腺瘤切除18例,肾上腺囊肿切除4例,肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除8例,肾上腺髓质增生行单侧肾上腺切除2例。结果:32例全部手术成功,手术时间90~300min,平均150min;术中出血50~100ml,平均75ml;术后住院时间5~8天,平均6天。术中术后均无严重并发症。结论:采用后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺疾病具有微创、安全、术后恢复快等优点,已成为治疗肾上腺疾病的首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the application of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal disease.Methods:Retroperitoneal laparocopic surgery was performed on 32 patients with adrenal disease.Results:All 32 cases succeeded uneventfully. The mean surgical time was 150min (range 90-300 min), and the mean estimated blood loss was 75ml(rangs 50-100 ml). The mean postoperative hospital stay was 6 days(range 5-8 days).Conclusions:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery is minimal invasive, safe and faster recovery for adrenal disease. |
