survivin基因在膀胱癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的:探讨survivin基因在膀胱癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:采用RT-PCR方法检测膀胱癌和正常膀胱黏膜中survivin基因的表达情况,分析其表达与膀胱癌的分期、分级及复发的关系。结果:sur-vivin mRNA在膀胱癌中总阳性表达率为78.6%(33/42)。在浸润性膀胱癌中阳性表达率(95.7%)较浅表性膀胱癌中阳性表达率(57.9%)明显升高;在复发性膀胱癌中,survivin mRNA阳性表达率(95.0%)较初发膀胱癌的阳性表达率(63.6%)显著升高(P<0.05);survivin mRNA在正常膀胱黏膜中均无表达。结论:作为敏感性较强的生物瘤标,survivin基因 mRNA表达可用来预测膀胱癌的复发和浸润。

Expression of survivin mRNA and its clinical implications in bladder cancer

Objective:To investigate the expression of survivin mRNA in carcinoma of bladder and it's clinical implications.Methods:Expression of survivin mRNA was detected by RT-PCR, and it's relations with the clinicopathologic parameters in bladder cancer was analyzed.Results:The total rate of survivin mRNA expression in patients with bladder carcinoma was 78.6%(33/42). The expression rate of survivin mRNA in infiltrated tumor (95.%)(22/23) was significantly higher than that in superficial bladder cancer (57.9%)(11/19), and the expression rate of survivin mRNA in relapsed tumors (95.0%)(19/20) was much higher than that in initial bladder cancers (63.6%)(14/22)(P<0.05). Survivin mRNA was not detected in normal mucosa of bladder in the control group.Conclusions:As a sensitive biomarker for bladder cancer, the expression of survivin mRNA can serve as an indicator to predict recurrence and infiltration in bladder cancer.
