| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)在胸部疾病诊治中的可行性。方法：采用VATS必要时VAMT技术共完成1100例20余种病种的胸外科手术。结果：治愈1098例，死亡2例。中转开胸32例。术后并发症72例，主要为漏气，35例。结论：VATS在胸部疾病的诊治中有其相应的适合征及优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the practicability of VATS in the diagnosis and therapy of chest diseases.Methods:Performed VATS of VAMT in 1100 patients with more than 20 kinds of chest diseases.Results:One thousand and ninty-eight patients were cured.Two patients died.Thirty-two patients required conversion to thoractomy.Postoperative complications occured in 72 pationts the major of them suffered leakage (35 patients).Conclusions:VATS has its own indications and advantages. |
