腹部闭合性损伤88例临床救治分析

目的总结腹部闭合性损伤的诊断与治疗经验。方法对本院2000年7月—2004年7月收治的88例腹部闭合性脏器损伤的诊断与治疗的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果腹腔穿刺的诊断阳性率92105%(81/88),腹部B超诊断的阳性率92105%(81/88),B超损伤脏器的定位诊断准确率8118%(72/88),腹部CT检查阳性率100%(22/22)。手术治疗78例,非手术治疗10例;治愈83例(9413%),死亡5例(517%)。结论腹腔穿刺,腹部B超及CT检查对腹部闭合损伤的诊断都有重要价值,治疗应以手术治疗为主,如有适应证非手术治疗也可取得满意效果。

Analysis of Clinical Treatment on 88 Cases' Abdominal Closed Injury

Objective To summarize the diagnostic and therapeutic experiences in abdominal closed injury.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out on 88 cases' clinical data of diagnosis and therapy for abdominal closed injury. Results The positive rates of abdominal puncture and type B ultrasonic diagnosis were both 92.05%. The positive rate of CT diagnosis was 100%. The accuracy of injured organ localization with type B ultrasonic was 81.8%.Operative and non-operative treatments were performed respectively on 78 and 10 patients. Of the 88, 83 patients were healed up (94.3%), and five ones died (5.7%).Conclusion Abdominal puncture, type B ultrasonic and CT are valuable in the diagnosis of abdominal closed injury, which is treated mainly by operation, or by non-operative method if necessary.
