| 摘 要： | 目的:检测白癜风患者血清中抗黑素细胞IgG及其亚类抗体,分析其与疾病活动期间的关系。方法:用活细胞ELISA法和WesternBlotting检测350例不同病期白癜风患者血清中抗黑素细胞IgG及IgG1、IgG2亚类抗体。结果:白癜风患者IgG1、IgG2阳性率明显高于正常人,其中尤以进展期患者IgG1血清水平增高最为显著。结论:白癜风患者体内广泛存在的抗黑素细胞膜抗原自身抗体主要为IgG1亚类抗体,与疾病活动度和严重程度有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum levels of an ti-melanocytes IgG and IgG subgroups antibodies and the disease active stage.Methods We detected the IgG and IgG1,IgG2 subgroups of 350 vitiligo patients by live cell ELISA and Western blotting.Results Levels of autoantibodies of vitiligo patients,especially levels of IgG1 subgroup of patients in progression,were obviously higher than those of the healthy controls.Conclusion Autoantibodies generally existing in vitiligo patients are mainly IgG1 subgroup antibodies,which have close correlation with activity of diease. |
