两家综合医院药品费用影响因素研究

目的调查分析两家医院药品费用的影响因素,探讨控制医疗机构药品费用的有效措施。方法收集两家医院2008年及2009年住院病历首页信息资料及其药品费用信息,采用T检验、秩和检验、多元线性回归分析等统计方法对患者药品费用影响因素进行分析。结果医院级别、年龄、入院情况、出院转归、是否手术以及住院天数均对药品费用有影响(P<0.05)。结论降低药品费用势在必行,需采取综合措施控制药品费用的不合理上涨。

Study on influential factors of medicine costs in two general hospitals

Objective By investigating the composition and its influential factors of two hospitals, to provide suggestion for controlling the medicine costs in hospitals effectively. Methods The information from the home pages of medical records and the medicine costs in the two hospitals from 2008 to 2009 were collected. t-test, rank sum test, multiple linear regression analysis were applied to find out the composition and influential factors of the medicine costs. Results The level of hospital, age, condition in admission, discharge outcome, surgey and hospitalization days were factors impact on medicine cost （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is imperative to reduce the medicine costs, and make measures and recommendations for controlling the unreasonable growth of the medical cost.
