慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清IL-8和TNF-a水平及临床意义

目的探讨白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清中的水平及临床意义。方法收集30例急性加重期、30例缓解期COPD患者和25名健康者的血清,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定血清中IL-8和TNF-a的质量浓度。结果 COPD急性加重期及缓解期患者血清IL-8和TNF-a水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05),COPD急性加重期又明显高于缓解期,差异有显著性(P<0.05),急性加重期组IL-8和TNF-a呈正相关(r=0.631,P<0.05)。结论 IL-8和TNF-a在COPD的发病中可能起了一定的作用。

Serum levels of interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis fector-alpha in patients with Chronic Obstructive Pul- monary Disease and its clinical significance

Objective To observe the change of interleukin-8 （ IL-8 ） and tumor necrosis lector-alpha （TNF-a） in patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease （COPD） , and to evaluate their potent role in the process of COPD. Methods The serum level of IL-8 and TNF-a of 30 patients in exacerbation phase, 30 stable patients and 15 healthy subjects were determined with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）. Re- suits The serum levels of IL-8 in patients in exacerbation phase and stable patients were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects （P 〈 0.05）. The serum levels of IL-8 in patients with exacerbation phase were sig- nificantly higher than those in stable patients（P 〈0. 05）. The exacerbation phase of IL-8 was positively correla- ted with the of IL-8 （ r = 0.63 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion IL-8 and TNF-a may play an important role in COPD.
