| 摘 要： | 肱骨近端复杂粉碎性骨折在临床治疗上较为棘手，人工肱骨头置换能迅速地消除患者的疼痛，恢复肩关节的功能和稳定性。本文综述了人工肱骨头置换的优点、适应证、手术时机、手术要领、术后康复、并发症防治及疗效等。

| Abstract: | The treatment of complex fractures of proximal humerus is very troublesome. Shoulder hemiarthroplasty can rapidly eliminate articular pain, reeover articular stability and improve articular function. This article summarizes its merit, indication, opportunity, main points of operative treatment, postoperative rehabilitation, the prevention and cure of complication and curative effect. |
